SHIPPING METHOD
We ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Monday to Friday, not including holidays.
IN-STOCK/OUT-OF-STOCK MERCHANDISE
In-stock items generally ship within 24-72 hours. If shipment of your order is delayed (for example, because an item you have ordered is out-of-stock), we will contact you by email to let you know. You will be given an estimate of when your order will ship and the choice to: (1) wait the estimated time it will take your entire order to be ready to ship, or (2) have us immediately ship just those items you have ordered that are in-stock and receive a refund for the outstanding item(s).
PRE-ORDERS
Estimates of how quickly pre-orders can be expected to ship are clearly noted in individual product descriptions.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email when your order has shipped that will include a tracking number you can use to track your shipment on the Canada Post website.
SHIPPING TIME/COST
The time it takes to receive an order that has shipped varies and depends entirely on Canada Post. Estimates of both the time and cost to deliver your order to your address will be shown in the shopping cart prior to placing an order.
MISSING/DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If your shipped order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please let us know so that we can work with Canada Post to resolve the issue.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel an order at any time prior its preparation for shipment (including the creation of a shipping label). Simply contact us with your request.
SHIPPING REGION
At this time, we ship only to addresses located in Canada.
PAYMENT
We accept credit card payment for orders placed in our online store.
